With the significant collective experience held by our partners and associates, you might think that Schwartz Advisors can be all things to all people. We take the opposite approach. We try to be very specific about the types of support we offer our clients.
We focus our strategic planning work, for example, on automotive aftermarket companies seeking M&A (Buy-Side and Sell-Side), Joint Venture, or Marketing Agreement support.
We bring clients product-specific experts with years of experience in inventory management, tires, paint, auto aftermarket retail and e-tailing.
And we have partners who offer special competence in areas like setting up businesses in China and creating new product launches to drive top line revenue.
We are very selective in the projects we take and the partners we apply. In any circumstance, you can be assured that you are dealing with our principle partners. We don't have a B Team.
On a project a couple of years ago, one of our Managing Partners stepped in to help right the course of one of a Private Equity firm's portfolio companies. The Chairman of the Board thanked him for "bringing us the gift of new eyes" -- we like that idea.
