We also look for businesses with distinct competitive advantages in terms of a robust new product pipeline, established distribution, intellectual property, or opportunities to enhance value through M&A activities.
On the sell side, we use our large network of experienced industry insiders to rapidly identify potential buyers for a client's company and then work to structure the most advantageous exit strategy for shareholders and management.
